Devil's Bridge in Sedona Arizona is at the top of the list of hikes in the Sedona area.
The moderate out and back to the popular landmark is only moderately challenging until you begin to climb to get to the bridge. From there the narrow path begins increase to difficult as you traverse up steep, slick inclines that had people coming down while others were trying to go up.
Despite all of that, it was a beautiful hike that I would recommend to anyone that loves a view and checking things off their to-do list - as long as you know how to haul in your water and monitor your hydration.
We all carried in two liters each and were out by time we came off the trail.
Even if you don't hike all the way up to Devil's Bridge, there are some unique rock formations along the way.
This looks tiny, but it was the size of a skyscraper.
Some of the steps you had to traverse to get up to the Devil's bridge were tight because of people going up and down at the same time.
