We stumbled into Chalk The Block at Easton Town Center today. Two small blocks were dedicated to the challenge, in which a winner would be chosen. Several children had taken some chalk to add their sidewalk chalk ideas in between the designs. Many of the artists had their names and websites listed on cards beside their designs.
Finally, I must tell you that I was so amazed by the work going on that I forgot to go back and feed the meter and ended up with a ever-fantastic parking ticket. I seen some girls messing with an envelope on my car and then they walked to the next two meters up. I realized that they seen I had gotten a ticket and were rushing to the meters in front of my car to put money in before the security could ticket them. WIN (for them, anyway).
